  I have had an account with this bank for 6yrs had an incident happen where I needed to close that account and open another. That was a very easy set up. Fast forward to a week and a half later they call me and tell me that account was opened in error on their behalf due to an account from 2018 and I needed to close the account. Without any notice they started that process and then held my check. When the issue with my check was resolved they advised I would need to come close the account as soon as I could. And every bill I've tried to pay since they have declined the transaction. Update. I talked to the bank and advised since they would not take the payments I could make I would come when I had a day off to close the account since they aren't giving me an option. I looked today and they closed the account and took the money I had in the account. With out my permission. And going against what the guy at the bank and I agreed on. I am so disappointed in this bank. If you need a new bank I do not recommend this one.
