  Always had friendly service! Knowledgeable about what their bank offers, Wish I remember her name,, young blonde lady who was very knowledgeable and patient with my numerous questions! Thank you for her training and very personable professionalism!!

  Made an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report and refused to remove it. I had never heard of this [unethical] bank prior to this.

  People are friendly....I can't take that away from them, but customer support is horrible. Phone, mobile, online, in person....They are trying to be be big time with technology with no staff to help when there is a problem. Ever since South State took over this branch from Bank of America.....I have had trouble. Let a local person pick up the phone. Waiting on hold to a national call center is killing us. They want us to do all the work.....online, but have limited support when their technology is faulty. Not impressed.
