  I’m in the process of closing my account. They have completely messed up my credit card so I can close that out and I will be paying that off. Give me back Center state. It’s kind of funny because the same people work there. Reported fraud on my account they have completely just messed up as far as I’m concerned. No need to send me any kind of cordial not meaning answer. Have made transition to Suntrust send me known as truest

  Been with Centerstate for 13 years never had an issue . Now it’s Southstate and it has been one problem after another. They canceled my bank card on memorial day weekend without any notice. I just got paid that Friday and it was a long 3 day weekend. We were out to eat and I went to pay but was told my card with an expiration date of 08/21 was declined 😡 I couldn’t access my account to find out why nor call the bank because it was memorial day weekend. They had claimed my card was out of date and had mailed me a new one which I never got . I’ve since opened a new account in another bank and will close out all my accounts at the end of month when I can switch my direct deposit and and auto debits out to new accounts. Horrible experience, never again. Loved Center State hate Southstste . You don’t mess with people accounts Especially on a transition weekend of banks and a 3 day weekend .
