      Was sitting at the bank on broad street, Sumter SC for 1 hour waiting for the only customer service person that was helping someone. He came out and said I will be right with you, unfortunately it wasn’t. I left an hour later and soon as I walk out the people he was helping walked out. Now working in customer service for over 30 years he could have stop me and said I can help you and apologize for the wait. Since I was the only one waiting before anyone else came in it’s not like he didn’t know. I will never do business with them anymore going to close my account. Very upset and a very unhappy customer.

      Worst Bank ever! They deserve zero stars. The customers service is nonexistent. They go against the customer rather then try to help. The management is horrible and amateur. Save yourself lots of trouble Run the other way NOW!! I closed All (3) accounts Bc this bank is beyond Horrible.
