  New owners are horrible. We were happy with Private Bank but since it's been bought twice the service is abysmal. They couldn't care less about your business. When they put a 8 day hold on another banks cashier check it was the last straw. Their online portal is unusable. Stay away.

  This will be the first time I've ever reviewed anything, but I think it's important: I implore you not to bank here. As a small business owner, dealing with this bank and its incompetence has been the most frustrating part of owning a business. I am lucky that my business is populated by patient understanding people, because their errors had the potential to do us serious harm. It was not a one time thing either. They were consistently incapable of performing their duties. We had an easier time with the local government. Small businesses steer clear.
