      Called to ask about a new account and the lady who answered after I told her I was in Cottageville and there was a branch In Walterboro asked if that was in SC or NC and spoke very little English

      This Bank is now ONLY a Drive-Thru bank. They do have an ATM but if you need to ENTER A South State Bank you need to go to N. Jeffery
