      Opened an account with South State late last year (2019) due to me moving away from the Augusta area and only having an account with a local bank. From the moment I walked into this location I was greeted with a smile and helped promptly by the branch manager James. James is an absolute pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to share account options that fit you and your family's needs. It is now the tail end of 2020 and I've called on James for assistance a few times since opening with South State and he has been consistent every time. I believe that it is a service mindset that builds customer loyalty and this location has it down.
