I went there on 3/3/22 and the lady working didn't know what there doing there. I had to leave and go to Wells Fargo to do my business. Im going to close my account ar South state and go else where.The 1 star was being generous!!

I feel let down by the whole home buying experience. I realize things will happen, as I opted for an older home. That said, I feel the inspection was a waste of money. The fridge had to be replaced within 1st couple days. The dryer outlet was completely unmounted and fried my dryer. The roof information was wrong, possibly costing me hundreds for homeowners insurance. I was told file homestead right away. I did so to be told not necessary asap and was told wrong info to bring. Then, i was told taxes would increase from 400 to 1500, this I expected. However this too was wrong and my taxes per property appraisers office will be 3000 plus. All these errors may cost me, to be able to afford my new home. It is my intention to right a review on all involved. Especially that of South State Bank and the inspection. What is point of paying if nothing is checked?...Beyond frustrated. Stacy Fuston
