This has been our bank forever even had our son do his banking here, however since the drive thru has gotten new worker's, it's not so great! One in particular always always has a nasty attitude, and my husband waited in line to make a deposit for 30 minute's and when he got to the window to make his deposit she told him they were closed!!!! She saw him waiting that long she could have at least let him make his deposit! This worker needs a way better attitude with bank costumers, I know everyone has bad days, but she has a bad day EVERYDAY evidently! I hope it gets addressed or we may need to switch banks!

This bank is the worst at keeping it's ATM and online services functioning properly. I never had as much problem with Southwest Georgia Bank before The first Bank merged with them. I haven't been able to get a receipt all week, nor pull my account up online today. These problems happen too regularly!!!
