      Online banking app is below standards in customer convenience, and they secretly charge you 5 dollars a month to send you a statement. Ridiculous.

      They dont care about there customer or they would open the lobby back up I waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes before I actually got to the front of the line the people in the bank are sitting in the ac while we have to wait in the 95+ degree weather
