Give them all the paperwork asked for. Then they drag their feet & then ask for more paperwork. Claim I didn't send them requested items, but I have copy of sent email they claim to not have. Told me it would be 2-3 weeks for appraisal but when they discovered that is the only thing waiting to close it magically got done about 3 days later. They cancelled my closing because they needed a document from the title company. Sellers live out of state & thus this has caused even more problems. Talked to title company & they laughed saying they've not asked them for anything. I'll look elsewhere next time I need a loan!
