      I called to report fraudulent charges on my account. After I explained that I had called the company to verify the charges and they told me there was no record of the charges and is issued me a case number for the bank to reference. The bank issued me a provisional credit and then took it back a few days later stating that because didn’t have a police report for $73.00 dollars that the charges must be valid. I now have to do there job for them just to get my money back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      Have been a satisfied customer for many years. Called to get a Interest rate quote from "Brook" which was what I consider high. When I stated that it was a bit high she hung up on me. That's fine others are glad to have my business...
