      Very bad experience. They do not answer emails or calls and after they approved our boat loan, they denied it even after saying it was approved with more than enough docs. They are uneducated liars and disrespectful. Main person that should be fired for lack of people skills is Brook. We almost lost our boat deal , but we saved it with another credit union.

      They close at 7pm and I was calling at 6pm to make an emergency transfer on my account because my app was not working for the moment. They did not answer at all nor make a call back. So unprofessional!
