      Wow. I just walked into the lobby and asked if I can cash a check for my mom who has been banking with them for 10 plus years. I know they just changed ownership behind the name and these new employees and people really judged me and told me I was giving them attitude from the very beginning. I had a light tone to my voice and no matter what I said she acted like I was scary. I have fingerless gloves and a bandana on. I use them for driving, as I SAVE PUPPIES FROM THE SOURH FOR A LIVING, and the bandana is to be used in this new world we live in. I will be suggesting to my mother that she bank somewhere else. And I hope you can teach your employees to be more well mannered to customers.
