  I'm in the process of refinancing my vehicle. I had a question on the application so I came into this branch to ask.I was told that the bank does not deal with Car loans departments and given a number to call.. understandable however the Employee Jonathan was extremely rude and didnt want to hear my question. He didn't want to deal with the application at all not even look at it or even hear the question that I had to ask. It was the power of attorney notary portion of the application. All I need to know is if they notarized at this particular location. He refused to look at the document and kept repeating "you need to call you need to call" When I asked him why he was being so rude he gave me a shrugged shoulder with an oh well smug look on his face.I then went in the car to find he gave me the wrong number. After calling and multiple transfers I was advised to go back into the bank to get the document notarized.(Exactly what I went into the bank for) I was told by Sam that he would be with me in a few min...well. ..........30min later im still waiting......45min still waiting...

  Giving this place 2 stars because no ATM inside the bank even though it is a large bank and they have the room for it. Also 3 tellers but still a line when only 3 people in line.
