I've been a member of Spero since before they change there Name of Anderson Federal Credit Union out on 24 for 10 yrs. Then when Spero took over I have been a member still. I love being a member the staff are awsome and incredible. They are so helpful and kind.They treat you like family. When you need a question answered, they always seem to know what you need. I love you all. Thank you all for being there for me for thru the the drive thru and inside. You are the bestest

This bank is seriously trash ! AFCU should have never merged. I had AFCU for a long time and then they come making everything difficult. Sadly closing my account . Actually I’m not sad because this bank is literally pitiful. Took 2 weeks just to get a debit card replaced & they always want to slap a fee on to every little thing.

They were so easy and accommodating to work with! Ronicka, the branch manager, was so personable, and she made me feel welcome and important from our very first phone conversation. I did not feel pressured to bank with Spero, and I appreciated the opportunity to take my time and be able to make the best decision for me and my banking needs.
