      VERY RUDE. She is spot on to collect rent, but, if something goes wrong with a rental property, you shouldn't hold your breath. 2 months to fix a dangerous deck, 2 days to return a call when there was a GAS LEAK, and a noise so loud in the basement, it would wake the dead, when you turn on the water..has NEVER been looked into after 4 months! Each time she doesn't reply, she gives an excuse..her mother was sick, or she was in a class (for 2 days??) You may as well save your sob story, because it will be unacceptable! She expects grace from tenants, but you sure as hell won't get any.

      She was never a client. Her son was an active duty military tenant and she invaded his property while he was overseas, without authorization!
