The owner Brad is professional and nice, some of the staff seemed inexperienced but Brad was sensitive to that and made the experience positive, he went above and beyond to ensure a very difficult contentious transaction went well and he did a great job. This was not just a normal Easy closing. The parties were challenging and Brad used his experience to make it work for everybody satisfactorily.

The staff is not efficient and has poor communication skills. Checks were sent to incorrect parties via regular mail and the re-issued checks were still not expedited due to the error. The matter is still not resolved. In my 10 years experience and many closings this has never happened with another title company.

I did speak with my staff that those checks could have been sent to you via overnight express delivery, picked up or wire transferred. I wish you had spoken directly to me to express your dissatisfaction. As the Owner of Spirit Title over 18 years, I do not want anyone to have a bad experience and as you can see from our other reviews, this is not our standard way of doing business.
