  We can’t recommend Melinda and her team enough. She helped us every step of the way in a very difficult market. They always took our calls and responded very promptly. I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. This was our third time buying a home, and this was by far the easiest underwriting process I’ve ever experienced. If you’re looking for a mortgage, look no further.

  Melinda was referred to me in my search for a lender in my home purchase search. She is a miracle worker, to be sure! From start to finish her communication, knowledge of the industry, and responsiveness was immediate, options for lending were explained in detail. She was able to qualify me for a better loan than others I has shopped around for. If it wasn't for Melinda and her excellent team (especially Austin), going above and beyond, I would have never closed on my dream home! Anyone in their home search should not think twice about contacting Melinda if you want the best of the best!

  This review is long overdue... If you need help financing a home, look no further! Melinda and her team are absolute rock stars! Melinda personally helped me complete two long-distance transactions - one of which probably would not have happened without her years of experience and ability to navigate the process. Any time an issue came up, she had an answer or knew where to find it. Any time I had a question, she made time for me (including weekends)! I've never worked with anyone so professional and knowledgeable - just give her a call and find out for yourself!
