      I worked with Lynn since 2016 and I put up with her delayed tax returns for four years despite getting her the information well in advance. On two occasions, I had to drive from Hillsboro to her office in East Portland on the day taxes were due just to pick them up and file. This year (2019), she not only was last minute as usual (despite the three-month extension) but made two glaring oversights including my previously paid estimated taxes which she prepared. As a result, I considerably overpaid on the federal and state taxes. Now retired, and on a fixed income, I have to wait for the return of nearly five-thousand dollars in overpayments (I did receive my $1800 state refund yesterday but have to wait nine weeks for the fed refund). None of this should have happened had Lynn been on top of it. This is her job. I should not have been the one to point out her errors. I have now found a tax accountant who is organized and competent.
