      I visited Spring Bank on Dec 16th, I requested to close my account. Account was not closed. My last digits of my ssn - **** I contacted Spring Bank last Monday and requested to close the account again. Employee, I believe with the name Luis, promised to send me documents to sign, but I did not receive anything. I contacted him again, he apologized and said that document still in outgoing email. I also requested to send my 1099 to my new address. I provided my new address. I sent them email on Monday stating that it was my an official statement to close my account, and send my 1099 to my new address. They did not respond from Monday. Spring Bank being B corp, leaves me with very bad feelings, this is why people don't want to leave Big Banks because we don't have to sacrifice our well being in order to support small community banks.

      Highly recommend going to the location in the bronx, the bronx location actually helps you out. Tried to open an account and was sent to the website and in the bronx location they helped me finish opening the account.
