      I left my bank and came to spring valley bank & trust. If you own a business or need a great personal bank this is the place. Personal banking here is amazing walk in and its like talking to people you've known your whole life. If you have an issue. Call and they awnser using real people! Not a call center! Im now getting ready to finance my house with them. Business banking here has been amazing also. Easy going and helpful. Ive never had a business banker treat me like a freind. Rob Apple is one of the best. He has called to see how things are going. You cant beat that!

      Overdraft protection you have on your account isn't true a transaction that wasn't supposed to go thru they let it charged an overdraft fee then charged us a stop payment fee for the same transaction! Manager was rude! Miss all the old employees! Had an account for 2 years just recently became very unsatisfied!
