      Called to talk to someone in commercial lending three different times. Each time I was on hold for over 30 mins and never got a chance to speak to a person until the third call. The third call a woman answered and when I asked my question, she told me to hold and she would send me to commercial lending. I’m thinking to myself, what’s the point in me clicking on that option in the telephone menu if it doesn’t send me anywhere.

      The time it takes them to process a check, deposit, even the mobile deposit is ridiculous. Bank of America informed me SRP still has the oldest computer systems out of all banks locally here in Augusta. It’s not worth your time. They have a certain “clientele” I believe this works for but it’s unacceptable for me to wait 7 days to get my money from a check I deposited. Bank with Wells Fargo instead.
