      Being a long time investor and former broker, I can be a bit critical of Realtors that don't provide value that justifies the commission - that's not the case with Nick. He knows his market, knows his industry, and does his homework. His professional background gives him a strong foundation of structure and processes that he leverages through his team and relationships. I'd work with him again any day, and recommend him without hesitation.

      We had a great experience with Nick and Michon. They helped us buy our dream home in St George. I traveled for one day to tour a handful of homes but did the entire transaction out of state until it was time to sign papers! Nick brought a lot of experience and integrity to the process. He made sure everything was in writing and above board. Nick also protected us and our interests throughout the home buying transaction. He was able to close the deal without sacrifice. Nick also employed great software to review and sign documents, and it was a pleasure working with his team. Nick, Michon, and family are great people, and looking forward to getting to know them better and doing future business with them. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell in the SW corner of Utah.
