      After being unsuccessful selling my property myself I did some research and called around to find a realtor. I ended up having Brian help me sell my home. The home had some drawbacks and would require a certain buyer. He researched the home and provided me that research and gave me an informed opinion of the value and how to properly market it. He new values. He provided updates of what was happening throughout. He would reach out to the other side if they ever dropped the ball and or get the ball rolling whenever he could. I tried listing it higher but it ended up selling for right at the price he initially projected. He spent so much time to make the sell happen. It was more than worth it. His negotiating skills were amazing. He helped me know when to push it and when to ease up. He really fought hard for my interest. He has the right contacts to call for a second or third opinion to make sure we had all the info available. He was always available and would either answer or call me back right away. You will not get a realtor that knows what he knows and will work harder to get you the best deal/most for your home. Highly recommended.

It is really hurtful to my business to not give me a chance to make you happy, or misidentify someone. I tried too see if you are a person that registered on my website, and couldn't unregister or something, and I can't find any Tara Stanley.
