      Had a 50 day close and Mike managed to fail to ensure all the required docs were put together for closing in that time span. Closing day comes and I’m loaded and no closing. For 2 days my toddler and I had no home to stay at. Mike requested documentation that I wouldn’t have to pay child support and had my divorce attorney manipulate it to be beneficial for this to go through after I explicitly told him he did not have permission to contact my attorney. The absolute worst lender and home buying experience I have ever experienced. He dropped the ball numerous times and never took any ownership of his mistakes. I’d highly suggest you find a different lender.
