      I feel they are very unprofessional and wasn't going to say anything because I didn't want to be rude, but I also don't want anyone else to deal with the frustration of being told you need paperwork at 5pm on a Thursday night and then not hearing anything back from anyone for about a week when you have questions. Unanswered texts, calls and emails, lack of communication and just over all feeling like you are being ignored when trying to get information about your loan or what paperwork is still needed or even your closing costs is all very frustrating. I would not reccomend this company for any reason, ever.
