Every month get fraudulent charges on fiance account. And when you contact the bank to notify, they restrict your account so you can't get your money. Going to be closing out account due to lack of security. Worst bank we've ever dealt with! (I bank with Chase and have had 1 fraudulent charge in 10 years! For comparison proposes).

Very disappointed in the manager at Greenfield STAR Financial Bank taking 3 days to return my request. I was needing a much faster response trying to balance account. When I said something about the time table it came across that the Town of Shirley's timeline was not that important to her.
