Been trying to get in touch with someone at Starion all week. First their phones didn't work (at every location), and I can't get anyone to call me after using the 'contact us' form through their online banking. Reminds me of when I tried to get a mortgage from Starion, and it took 3 weeks for them to call me back when I was told I would hear from them the next day.
