      Spoke with a lady named Sandy she was rude and not helpful at all kept telling me she couldn’t help me with my account. She clearly didn’t have a clue of her job and had a very bad attitude. Then I call and get a lady named Kira and she was very pleasant to talk to and fixed my account issue in minutes. If it wasn’t for her I would of closed my accounts and went elsewhere. Sandy could definitely learn something from Kira on dealing with the public.
