  0 stars if possible. When this bank was bought last year, they messed up my credit report because something happened where my report showed I didn’t have a mortgage. I was trying to refinance, so I called to have this fixed and they told me they didn’t know how to fix this. Im unsure if this was ever fixed because luckily my lender was able to work around this. Fast forward to this year. It’s the 18th of Feb and I still don’t have my tax form from my mortgage. I called, my information was taken down, and I still haven’t received a call back 3-4 days later after being told someone would be calling me.

  I dont even give them one star but had too to make a review. They asked me for proof of address like a piece of mail. I took an envelope which had been mailed to me to them and they couldn't except it. It had to be the actual letter that came in it. They shouldn't have access to any of my personal mail! I took them their bank statements that they mailed to me up their and told them they could copy that and they dont accept their own mail that they mail too you. I will be pulling my money out Monday and finding a new bank!
