      Everyone who works here has always been friendly and helpful with whatever I need. Ive done loans through them and opened different accounts. Ive thought about getting a bank closer to me since ive moved, but honestly I really like that everyone is nice there and some even remember me when I walk in. I also like the perks I have on accounts with them. So overall a great bank

      Things started off great. Easy to get a loan with, etc etc, now a few years later, going for a payoff amount and they want 3 forms of verbal ID including me having to read my drivers license number out to them, which is a security issue, and then they want 2 more forms of verification, in which while you sit on the phone you wait for them to look up your public record and try to decide what to ask. I do not recommend working with them. Their tech and security practices are old and not even remotely secure.
