      I do all of my business at the Columbia branch, was home and decided to visit the florence branch, never again, my member card wasn't enough along with my ID, then she asked "is this your account?" Really, my ID and member card isn't enough, terrible customer service at this branch. I will continue to do business at the Columbia branch where they have great customer service and doesn't have unnecessary problems!
