      US Auto sales associates of the Florence SC location rocked helping me get into a vehicle. Ollivia presented everything I needed to know about my purchase amount, down-payment, available options to complete that down-payment and how easy it was to get going. After consistently hearing, NO,NO,NO,after NO it was great to see light at the end of a dark dismal tunnel. I test drove 3 cars and found what I liked. Olivia and Ms.Johnson stayed beyond closing time. My paperwork was throughly explained I was able to ask questions about anything I need additional clarification. Thank you ladies so much for all your help.

      This is the absolute worst place you could ever by car from. I would Advise car buyers to never buy a car from this car company their customer service is horrible, if you go into the store location (I went to the one in Florence South Carolina) the people that’s in the store can’t help you with anything other than selling a vehicle , no payments, no claims, if something is wrong even for the smallest of things it’s a total hassle. They have trackers on their vehicles and some time when I made my car payment the gps signal was down so I had to wait any where from 1-3 hours late for work because it was “out of our control “. No one wants to accept accountability. The only thing They want to do is get you into a car as fast as they can that’s why they allow you to only pay $500 down and drive off the lot because you have to come back and pay $2000 within 30 days. I got into a not at fault accident with my vehicle from US auto sales and it’s currently going on 3 months for US auto sales to receive the payment that the adjuster has already submitted a month ago some Supposedly check has been lost from a month ago . Their phone system is horrible they say that they will call you back and never call back I’ve been waiting on a call back since May and I haven’t seen one yet these people are not useful nor helpful. When it comes to the car by my experience was absolutely terrible and like I said before I would never advise anyone to get a car from US auto sales.

      I don't even have a car from here but calling trying to check on my daughter's car. How do yo call and wait 15 minutes for a person to come on line and your number 30, you wait and hear your number 2 in line then it jumps back to 40. You offer to leave a message and number and no one has the decency to return the phone call. Very unprofessional!
