      Rollin Warren is the Man. He is very informative giving me all the information plus more on what’s best. He educated me on my options he was veryyy wise and very nice guy pleased with my visit to the bank. Learning everything i need to know about retirement and saving money and percentages. He was super nice. I’ve never had nobody take the time out like he did today to explain EVERYTHING PLEASE KEEP HIM. Every Secu needs a Rollin!!

      Money came up missing from my shared account which I never use I spoke with Mary who was very rude and disrespectful she told me if I did not like the service I was receiving I did not have to be a member of the credit union and it is my prerogative if I left that’s bad for business telling customers that they don’t have to bank with you if they don’t like their money being missing. So unprofessional in my opinion what happened to the customer service these days I’m definitely closing my account on after I get paid on Friday i refused to be talked to like that
