      i called this bank because they were supposed to ship put my card! the latino lady that registered me NEVER put my apt number. even though i put it on the paper.. they never shipped my card so my online banking completely shut down.. i went back to get it sent out again, on jun1st.. its june 24th and still, NO CARD! i a kept my composure, never gave anyone an attitude… but today i called this location and “gran” “grant” picked up the phone, i explained my situation and he hung up in my face. i repeated to call another two times, just for him to pick up and say his name JUST TO HANG UP AGAIN! at first i thought it was my phone until i called the location in brier creek.. i had to call the bank in brier creek just to get everything situated. long process. don’t come to this bank! choose another location!
