      Consistency is not a thing at this location. Every time in the drive-through it’s a completely different experience and it’s never a good one. The customers service is always lacking and everyone is always so rude. Most of the time when I come through I’m not even greeted or told to have a great day after the transaction is completed. Do better.

      I thought it was just me, but based on other reviews the lack of quality customer service seems to be a trend at this location. Sometimes I am greeted when I enter, most times I am not. I love NCSECU and really hope that this location can get it together. Until they do, I’ll take my business to the newest location on 68.
