      SECU's fraud prevention and fraud dispute departments are violating federal law, withholding money from my account, taking months to investigate fraud when federal law requires them to take 10 days - and they are refusing to return phone calls or tell me what's going on with the investigation. Don't put money in their accounts, if it's taken by fraud you will never see it again.
