      I walked into this branch and attempted to make a transaction and deposit a money order I purchased using my bank card back into my account as I did not need to use it. I was not only told by the teller Kathryn Mitchell that it could not be done but the manager was conveniently unavailable to talk to. Not one person actually tried to assist me by asking for proof of purchase or even bothered to check my account to see if I had used my own money to purchase it. They couldn't even tell me if it was just their branch standard operating procedure or not. Even the assistant manager Theresa Klyne had to call another branch because she did not know. I had to call the branch that I first opened my account at for assistance which is now 3 hours away. Thankfully I did not have to rely on THIS local branch # 130 because I'd be out of luck. I've never had any issue in the past and I genuinely felt discriminated against by this location. I will never come here again and if not for my assigned branch I would have taken my money elsewhere. I'm still going to pursue finding out if each branch can make up their own rules or if they just operated outside of company regulations.
