      Heather Jones at this location will freeze your account then when you call Raleigh you find out she had no authorization to do so, then she will continue to argue you with about your MONEY THAT YOU MAKE AND THAT YOU HAVE ENTRUSTED AT THIS CREDIT UNION. Then when you tell Heather you spoke with Raleigh she somehow magically unfreezes it and has no issues with it! Really unprofessional to tell someone how they should use their money or what should have been done financially when she isn't the account holder. Heather I really hope you get some training in professionalism and courtesy to others. Our account will be moved so you can no longer play with our money and lives! We appreciate all the help from the higher ups though!
