      If you can get on here (must be state employee or family member of one) it is the best choice you can make... the clerks truly care about your interests and it is great benefits.. they also have savings incentives for kids

      It is a good place to have a checking account, if you carry a good balance. No fees. However, overly officious administratively, and the customer's interests are seen as an issue, not an opportunity, if there arises a problem. The investment choices should be avoided, as the rate of return is very poor compared to other choices.
