      This bank is an amazing branch. I have banked here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are beyond knowledgeable and patient. The staff genuinely want to help the clients in every way available that they can. I dont know about the other SECU locations, but the Sylva location tops the charts for me!

      All employees are always very helpful, courteous, accurate and friendly. I’ve banked with Sylva SECU for 40 years. I’ve never had one disappointing experience. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else.
