      Every employee at this branch is rude, and snooty towards certain people. I have been with SECU almost 10 years now & I am now switching banks due to the lack of respect and care they have shown me. I have already made a complaint to the manager and he was "taken back" by how I was treated but yet felt no need to try and help me with what I was looking for. I'm not a big baller by any means. I'm just now establishing credit & learning about financial stability so my bank is the one place I thought would be open for help & guidance and I was VERY wrong. If you need help with something, avoid this branch completely. Drive the extra 15 minutes to another location so you will leave without feeling helpless.

      Do yourself a favor and just drive to the Wakefield location. This is by far the worst NCSECU I have attempted to perform a transaction.
