      Abby, the auto-loan officer was very helpful and kind towards me getting a car loan. She made the process very smooth and easy, and was a joy to talk to. Thank you Abby for making my process the easiest it has ever been at the credit union.

      Although friendly, and very punctual this branch was assigned a loan of mine and I had never been to this branch, my home branch (where I signed up) is on the other side of town. I was trying to get the loan figured out after it was closed due to a direct deposit issue, (when I was still set up on direct deposit, and even submitted documentation that my work provided stating a lapse in Direct deposit due to them switching payroll companies). No one knew why my loan was assigned here and told me I could speak with the branch manager who was “on vacation”. My vacation and need for funding wasn’t and immediate issue, so i hope she gets to enjoy hers. VERY displeased will be looking into other Credit Unions as a result.
