      I have been in this branch twice since moving to Winston Salem and every single time something is messed up. The first time, the gap insurance wasn't put on my car loan when I asked for it. So the lady had to run my credit again to put the gap insurance on it and the inquiries are still sitting on my credit report after calling them 4 different times over the past year. The second time, I changed my address and I specifically changed the address to my ONE individual checking account. But some how my mama address was changed on her account.
