      Excellent service. My card was stolen and used illegitimately at the Holly Springs branch, and they immediately called to let me know. They also filed a report with the police department, were able to obtain at least 10 photos of the person using my card, and I lost no money in the process. Special thanks to Cheryl, who walked me through exactly what had happened and answered all of my questions.

      BEWARE: The loan officer today was negligent, treated me unfairly, and essentially called me a liar. I got my hopes up just to only get them brought down after I was rushed to gather information as he rushed to go to lunch. So disappointed with SECU. I tried to leave no stars but I will leave 1 as I will be following up aggressively concerning my ill treatment! As a NC teacher and a great person I shouldn't have experienced what I experienced! I will be doing everything to contact the CEO Mr. Mike Lord!
