      Why doesn't STCU have a line in to each branch rather than a central number only? This Pm I was 30th in line!

      Hi Jim! We use our central Liberty Lake contact center rather than a line to each branch so members who go in to the branch aren't waiting on our team to finish up phone calls before helping the next person in physical line. We also totally understand how off-putting it can be to hear that you are the 30th in line; the good news is that the vast majority of people calling in wait less than 2 minutes to talk with someone. Additionally, if you don't want to wait, you can always select the "call back" option and our team will call you back so you don't have to wait on hold.
