I was lucky to have Cheyenne help me at this branch. She’s not usually here but i hope she’s there more often. She was very professional and explained everything in detail! Even listened to me and made me feel like I was part of the STCU family. I’m not the easiest guy to talk to either!! She is a Very Nice Person to deal with and made joining STCU Fast and Easy!!

Overall, the service is poor. They are great to deal with when getting a loan. The problem is the everyday things. Regularly broken or dirty ATM (spit, drinks, etc.) Contacting customer service by phone is at least 15 minutes Unable to perform simple transactions (My Moran Prairie branch can’t put my Stimulus Card in my account.) The competing Numerica Branch up here did it no problem. Ongoing problems with website where you are sometimes unable to pay bills Instead of addressing these issues employees say if you don’t like to leave. Guess that is the best advice, I will take my loans and savings too. We also bank at Numerica and at this point professionally there is no comparison. FYI - The response from STCU is just for show. I have responded to the comment below and NOBODY returns calls or emails.

Edit: Still waiting in queue on hold Nice staff but HORRIBLE phone service. If you call, expect to wait, and wait and wait some more. The IRS answers phones faster.
