My family and I searched high and low for a community for my dad. This was not a easy process due to the fact that he was not ready to leave his house. I knew we were going to have a long road ahead of us. Needless to say my husband and I ventured out to start looking at communities. We were instantly greeted as if we were already part of the family. We first met with Steve, he was so insightful, and it didn’t hurt that He was from NJ as were my parents. He put our minds at ease and really made this process feel like a walk in the park. However, we had one last challenge and that was selling my father on Tuscan. As expected, Steve nailed it. My dad and Steve hit it off. Not only did my father hit it off with Steve, there was another lady,Trista who was so helpful and took her time with my father. My father had a few financial questions, she was so patient with him while explaining the break down on how things work. I want to thank the other staff at Tuscan Gardens as well. Everyone has taken the time to stop by his room and introduce themselves. Tuscan Gardens has by far exceeded our families expectations.

The branch manager Diana Wheeler, Candy(ie?) and staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Diana, in my opinion, treats customers like family. She is a very compassionate and empathetic individual. She’s also very jovial and is extremely pleasant to chat with. Believe me when I say that banking at Stearns Bank in Venice, FL is a wonderful, old time experience.
