      Kevin Hoy from Stearns Lending was great! He was responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service, excellent rate and Kevin made the entire process extremely easy for the borrower. Whenever I had a question he was right there to respond and provide an answer or explanation. He also gave us a hand written card and welcome mat at the closing (which we put at our front door!) - a very thoughtful touch from a great loan guy!
